NeuroState Shipping Policy (United States)

1. Scope of Sales and Fulfillment
NeuroState products are sold exclusively through our official online store.
We do not sell through third-party retailers, distributors, resellers, or physical stores.
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our authorized U.S. fulfillment center.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day.
- A confirmation email is sent immediately after placing an order.
- Once shipped, a tracking number and courier link will be shared via email or SMS.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.
If your address cannot be validated by our carriers, our support team will reach out to confirm or update the delivery address before shipment.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or rerouted.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit:
- Check your tracking details first for updates.
- If the status shows no movement for five business days, contact our support team.
- Once confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Please take clear photographs of the packaging and contents.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to support@qneuro.com.
- Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failures
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
- Qneuro is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

1. Return & Refund Policy
1.1 General Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product in accordance with the terms outlined here. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through neurostate.com.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted if in the next 21 days, you spend just 10 minutes a day, 4 times a week with NeuroState from the date of delivery, if you don't find that NeuroState is helping you.
- The Product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- All returns must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
- Products missing serial numbers, identification labels, or tamper-evident seals.
- Consumables or accessories sold separately, once opened.
- Products returned beyond the 30-day return window.
1.4 Refunds
- Returned Products will undergo inspection and functional testing.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Bundle purchases must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
1.5 Replacements
- Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
